If you have received the shipping notification email, it means that your order is on its way. Enter the order number and press "Search order" to track your order.
As soon as you place your order, we'll get to work: we know you need it fast.This unfortunately means that we won't be able to make changes when it's already being processed in the store (literally seconds later).You will have to place another order or return the items you do not want.

Please wait until you have spoken to our customer service team before returning anything so that we can ensure the correct item is shipped to you as quickly as possible.
The carrier could not deliver the package to you (it is possible that you were not at home or that they could not access your property). If the tracking shows your order as returned, wait for us to receive your package and we will refund your money then. Refunds usually take a maximum of 21 days, that is, 14 days for the package to arrive back at our warehouses and process the refund, and up to 7 days for bank procedures. If the carrier wasn't able to deliver the package this time, it's best to take a look at the shipping app, as many of our carriers allow you to add instructions for the driver, or a preferred safe place or neighbor to drop off the package if you're not at home. We also have other shipping options, such as “click & collect” or box office pickup, which may be more suitable for future deliveries.
